【Beginning】
- Crescent: Um...Why? Am I...awake?
Crescent was confused about what happened, but she was actually able to move her limbs and neck at will. The stinging skin and muscle ache hinted that her body was back to normal. She looked around and found a swarm of hornet corpses. Judging from the bee stings, Crescent had a basic conclusion about what was going on.
- Crescent: The neurotoxicity of the stings is the remedy for the berserking disease?
While Crescent was pondering, she suddenly remembered her partner on the journey. Crescent, however, only remembered the moment before she pounced on Ashner.
【Before Battles】
- Crescent: Where is that kid? I need to find him no matter if he’s alive or dead.
【End】
Crescent walked around. Finally, she found the bush that she and Ashner had fallen into. She saw him lying there. Crescent promptly checked his condition, but his heart had already stopped beating. She had never been a sentimental person; saving lives was only hobby, instead of a mission. This was the first time she ever felt sorrowful about.
- Crescent: Kid, I thought you’ve long gone after I turned...I never expected you’d come this far...and die because of me…
Crescent noticed there were unusual dark-purple blood clots on Ashner’s legs. She tore off his trousers and found symptoms similar to hers. There was still hope for this kid.
- Crescent: It’s worth a try. I might be able to save him! There must be other beehives around. Hang in there, kid!
Three days later, Ashner came out of his coma after being medicated with bee stings. The raging berserking disease had finally come to an end.
